How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track it under ‘My Orders’ in your account.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.
I received a wrong or defective item. What should I do?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the product. We’ll resolve it promptly.
