How do I create an account on Zwankee?
Click on the ‘Sign Up’ button on the top right of our website, enter your details, and follow the steps to create your account. It takes less than a minute!
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
On the ‘Login’ page, click on ‘Forgot Password’. Enter your registered email ID and follow the link sent to reset your password.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your details, and enjoy a faster checkout next time.
Orders
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track it under ‘My Orders’ in your account.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.
I received a wrong or defective item. What should I do?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the product. We’ll resolve it promptly.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take, and what are the shipping charges?
Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999; otherwise, standard shipping charges apply at checkout.
Do you offer express shipping?
No, currently we do not offer express shipping.
Do you deliver to my PIN code?
You can check delivery availability by entering your PIN code on any product page or during checkout.
Can I modify the shipping address?
No, shipping address cannot be changed after placing an order.
I was not available to collect my order.
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If undelivered, the package will be returned to us and we’ll contact you for the next steps.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available).
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for select PIN codes. You’ll see the option at checkout if your area is eligible.
My payment failed, but the amount was deducted. What should I do?
If the payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 working days. If not, please contact us.
Return & Refund
What is your return policy?
We offer easy returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible products. The product should be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes, exchanges are available for size and color (subject to stock availability). Select the exchange option while initiating a return.
Discounts
How can I apply a discount code to my order?
Enter your discount code in the ‘Apply Coupon’ section during checkout and click ‘Apply’ to activate it.
Why is my discount code not working?
Please check if the code has expired, is applicable to your cart items, or if minimum order value conditions apply. Contact us if you still face issues.
